Welcome message from Prof. Dr. Gürkan Kaya, the webinar chair

It is my great pleasure and honor to host the first Dermatopathology (ISSN: 2296-3529) webinar, on the topic of pearls in dermatopathology. The speakers will be the authors of three articles that were among the most cited in our journal in 2022:

  • Prof. Dr. Claudia Günther — "Type I Interferon Signature in Chilblain-Like Lesions Associated with the COVID-19 Pandemic"
  • Dr. Gerardo Cazzato — "Spitz Nevus with Features of Clark Nevus, So-Called SPARK Nevus: Case Series Presentation with Emphasis on Cytological and Histological Features"
  • Dr. Isabel Colmenero — "Venous Malformations in Childhood: Clinical, Histopathological and Genetics Update"

I would like to thank these authors for their participation in our first webinar. I hope these webinars can continue in the future, as I am sure they will be highly beneficial for the readers of Dermatopathology and members of the European Society of Dermatopathology.
